Job Description:

LINKS Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting an experienced Service Administrator for a leading dealership based in the Cardiff area.  This role offers an opportunity to join the company at an exciting growth phase. To encompass a supportive role within general aftersales activities, producing an accurate invoice/claim to allow prompt payment and providing effective day to day workshop administration from job card to invoice and ensure all scanned job packs meet the manufacturers Warranty/R&M standard.

Motor industry experience is essential, preferably within an administrative role.

Duties:

  • Audit job card packs in line
  • Ensure all invoiced job packs are scanned
  • To resolve account queries within 14 days
  • Resolve R&M/Warranty denials and queries within 5 days
  • Maximise available hours to ensure sold hours targets are achieved
  • To maintain WIP to agreed levels throughout the month
  • Ensure all claims submission timeframes are adhered to
  • Liaise with manufacturer as required

Previous Experience Required 

  • Job card invoicing within the motor industry – retail or warranty
  • R&M warranties
  • Kerridge experience is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills

Salary: £20,000 and great benefits
