LINKS Recruitment Group is excited to be recruiting a Buildings Project Manager for a large public sector company based in the Cardiff area. The Project Manager will act as part of a Building Maintenance team managing projects in relation to company buildings and maintenance management on approximately 400 company buildings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project in relation to buildings maintenance, like planned preventative maintenance, cyclical maintenance and responsive repairs all whilst co-ordinating and managing external contractors, ensuring work is of the highest of standards in accordance with the specification, timeline and budget thereby providing customers with their best experience of customer service. These tasks must be carried out in compliance with new and existing legislation, requirements and Health and Safety policies ensuring a compliant and safe working environment.
