LINKS Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their thriving and passionate National Supply Team, to be based within our New Birmingham office.
Our customers & clients are at the heart of what we do, with our core focus being on our service delivery to them and our desire to be the best!
Due to recent contract wins, we are looking for a Branch Manager, who can support with the coordination and delivery of the Midlands supply.
In this key role, you would be taking over the day to day running of a brand-new team of consultants and given plenty of investment and backing to grow the operation significantly. You will lead from the front and drive daily sales activity. The team covers multiple sectors, so this is a varied role for a confident recruitment branch manager.
Your core role will be to manage your team in recruiting and retaining large workforce pools and effectively plan workers across multiple locations. You will work with the team to manage the client’s daily requirements and ensure service levels are always achieved. You will be an instrumental part of this team, ensuring the operations run smoothly and all internal and external parties are always well informed.
