Job Description:

LINKS Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client in Bridgend.


Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to working within their team to provide general administration support to include data input.


Main Purpose of the role


You will work within the administration team to provide comprehensive administrative support function. This is a temporary role with the potential to lead to permanent employment with the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Scanning documents and invoices onto the system
  • Monitor incoming emails and distribute accordingly
  • Organisation and filing of paperwork
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required 


The Person will possess -

  • Experience in general office administration
  • Basic Microsoft Word/Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail


This role will require you to work Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), 08.00/09.00am to 12.00/13.00pm.

Client may be flexible on times for the right candidates.
