Admin Assistant

Job Description:

LINKS Recruitment are recruiting for an accounts administrator to work for our client based in Llansamlet.

Role:

To support the accounts department by providing routine administrative and accounting tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raising invoices
  • Taking payments by C/C and PayPal
  • Adjusting stock levels on picking lists
  • Sending out credit control emails - updating activities
  • Emails/phone calls

Person Specification

  • Methodical and well organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Microsoft Office and ERP experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A great team player ready to support everyone in the business when needed
  • Calm and controlled, able to work under pressure during peak periods
  • Professional, positive, friendly and helpful
  • To be aligned to all the values of the company at all times

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, rolling shift (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)
  • Sunday cover as and when required
  • 3 weeks training working 8:15 - 16:45

Contract length: 4 months

Expected start date: 06/09/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: £9.00 per hour
